NO.

But it can be legal to own. It's called AOW or any other weapon. As in weapons that have been modified. Costs $200 for the BATF approval. Same as the BATF approval for owning legal machine guns.

Lots of OTHER hoops to jump through if you don't know the sheriff in your county personally.
